Shipping and Returns
How long will delivery take and how much will it cost?
Nothing makes us happier than knowing that your order has been shipped safely, so that it can arrive as quickly as possible!
We strive to have the best carriers working with us to provide you with the most suited shipping options and price, this means that shipping costs can be applied depending on the country of origin and destination of your order and also the shipping method you choose (standard or express). All available options and corresponding delivery times will be presented at checkout before completing your payment.
Please bear in mind that our orders can be delivered any working day from 9h00 to 18h00, and that orders with more than one item might be delivered separately, as it may depend on where it is being sent from.
Buy, try them and, if you do not like it or if it does not look as good as you wanted, return it!
You have 30 days from the delivery date to change your mind and initiate the return.
Please remember that the item need to be in perfect conditions:
- Certify that the item has no use marks and that it is found without any visible damage;
- Ensure that the item is returned with its return label and, if applicable, all the brand accessories;
- Always, with the items original box.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
To proceed with your return order, go to the list of orders from your account* on overcube.com, select the items to return and follow the instructions below:
1. Login with your email in your Overcube account and go to your order list to initiate your return.
2. Place the item you want to return with all its accessories and original tags inside the brand's box.
3. Now pack it all inside overcube's box and carefully seal it.
4. The package will be collected at the place you selected and you are good to go.
After we receive your returned items, the refund process begins.
The refund will always be returned through the same method of payment that you used to make your purchase, or by voucher. It all depends on your choice at the beginning of the process.
